Custom orders include whole, half, and quarter beef. By far the best value, this is a great option if you have freezer space or purchasing for multiple families. Custom orders are offered for anyone in Sullivan, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri and their surrounding areas. If you are outside of our delivery area, email us for a delivery price quote. We require a non-refundable deposit today and then you will be invoiced for the remaining amount after the processing takes place.  You will get to choose your cuts and whether you want bones or other extras.
